Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) and corrective maintenance services for Philips imaging medical equipment at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contract will have a base period and multiple option periods. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supplies, parts, software, tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses, and other related costs to perform the services.
• The equipment to be serviced includes various Philips imaging medical equipment, such as ultrasound and X-ray machines.
• The contractor will be required to provide PMI and corrective maintenance services for the equipment.
• The contract will have a base period and multiple option periods, with the option to extend the contract for additional periods.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, supplies, and equipment to perform the services.
• The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis, with payments made through the Tungsten Network.
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices electronically through the VA's online invoicing system.
