The California Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide roll‑off waste‑collection, hauling, and disposal services for sweeper tailings and similar debris throughout San Bernardino County. The contractor must supply two 10‑cubic‑yard lockable bins at each site, perform bi‑weekly scheduled pickups at four major highway locations, and respond on‑call to six additional sites, handling all associated labor, equipment, transportation, and disposal costs. Compliance with motor‑carrier, DIR registration, prevailing‑wage, SB 1383 organic‑waste recycling, and a suite of certifications (Darfur, civil‑rights, DVBE, etc.) is mandatory, and no subcontracting is allowed.
• Provide and maintain lockable 10 CY roll‑off bins at each designated location.
