The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive web‑hosting, domain‑management, and ongoing maintenance services for its Uniformed Hiring Section recruitment website and related sub‑domains. The contractor will migrate existing content, maintain 100 % uptime, ensure ADA compliance, manage TLS/SSL certificates, renew six domain registrations, and perform both routine and ad‑hoc website updates throughout a three‑year contract term. Preference incentives are available for small‑business and DVBE participants, but they are not mandatory.
• Provide secure, reliable hosting with full backup, security patching, and 100 % uptime guarantees.
• Manage renewal and DNS routing for six specified domains, extending registrations at least six months beyond contract end.
• Deliver ongoing ADA‑compliant maintenance, minor updates within 48 hours and major updates within five business days, plus hourly‑rate as‑needed services.
