Replace Patio Deck Roof at Hall County Government Center

Hall County Government is seeking a contractor to replace the patio deck roof at the Hall County Government Center. The contractor must be in the regular business of installing thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing. The project includes removing and disposing of existing materials, preparing the surface, furnishing and installing taper insulation and cover board, and furnishing and installing a grey 60 mil TPO membrane roof.
