Utility Lobbyist

The St. Johns County is seeking a qualified consultant to advocate for the County's Utility Department. The selected firm will represent the County's interests before the Florida Legislature, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the St. Johns River Water Management District. The Consultant will manage legislative, regulatory, and executive branch policies concerning Water Programs. The key responsibilities of the Consultant include: • Representing the County's interests before the Florida Legislature, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the St. Johns River Water Management District • Managing legislative, regulatory, and executive branch policies concerning Water Programs • Providing advocacy services for the County's Utility Department
