Description
Valley Water is seeking vendors to provide un‑operated heavy‑equipment rental services on an “as‑requested” basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will run for an initial two‑year term with up‑to‑three optional one‑year extensions. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid video conference, submit a full suite of required forms, and respond to any Q&A by the specified deadline. The scope covers a broad inventory of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, graders, water trucks, etc.), including delivery, fuel, maintenance, and any needed labor or supervision; transport is billed separately at a capped hourly rate. All insurance, safety, environmental, and local‑business‑enterprise requirements must be met.
