Description
The United States Department of Agriculture is seeking a maintenance contract for the Bio-Rad QX One instrument. The contract will include full on-site support, unlimited repair, coverage of the QXone instrument, and one preventative maintenance visit per year. Bio-Rad is the only company that produces the QXone ddPCR System, and this maintenance plan is required to keep the existing equipment functional.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with optional renewals for up to four years.
• The maintenance plan will include full on-site support, unlimited repair, coverage of the QXone instrument, and one preventative maintenance visit per year.
• The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis, as Bio-Rad is the only company that can provide the required maintenance services.
