Description
The Kalamazoo Public Schools are seeking bids for the theatrical lighting upgrades at Chenery Auditorium. The project involves the replacement of the existing lighting system with a new one. The construction manager will manage the construction of the project, and all work will be under one or more prime contracts with the owner based on bids received and combinations awarded.
• The bidding documents are available for download on the Skillman Plan Room website.
• A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid.
• The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts.
• The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
