OPW 55060: Douglas County Interceptors - Multi Sensor Inspections Large Diameter (30" to 90")

The City of Omaha is seeking bids for the Multi-Sensor Inspection (MSI) of sewer pipelines in Douglas County. The project includes the use of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), two-dimensional (2D) Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and sonar inspection services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a video of sufficient quality for the City to review, as well as generating reports and providing data in a specific format. The project requires the contractor to have at least 5 years of experience in MSI and to have completed a minimum of 100,000 feet of MSI on 30-inch diameter pipes and larger over the last 5 years. • The project involves the inspection of sanitary interceptors and siphons in Douglas County. • The contractor must provide a Quality Control Plan and a Health and Safety Plan. • The contractor must have experience with NASSCO PACP version 7 or greater. • The contractor must provide certification of the NASSCO PACP Program for all CCTV operators. • The contractor must submit daily work logs and update the project tracking sheet daily.
