Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for elevator maintenance services for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) Headquarters Main Building. The contract will be for a 36-month period, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. A site visit is mandatory for all bidders. The bidder must provide elevator maintenance services for three Schindler Miconic/Westinghouse Geared Traction, Passenger Selectomatic, Automatic Control Elevators. The bidder must also provide repairs for Schindler Miconic/Westinghouse elevators.
