Assistive Technology Demonstration Homes—Due by April 21, 2025

• ADMH seeks vendors to create 5 assistive technology demonstration homes across Alabama, with a budget cap of $40,000 per site location • Demonstration homes must: - Resemble actual living spaces with bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living area - Showcase various assistive technologies and remote support options - Provide hands-on training and education opportunities - Be accessible to Medicaid Waiver recipients and their families • Key vendor requirements: - Must have 5+ years experience installing assistive technology - Must maintain and service the facility and technology - Must track visitors and assess facility effectiveness - Must collaborate with ADMH, ADRS and other providers • Submission requirements: - 4 copies (1 original, 2 copies, 1 USB drive) - Must be physically received by 2:00 PM CT on deadline - No email/fax submissions accepted • Contract is for one year with possibility of one-year renewal
