DAS Healthcare Navigation Services

The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide healthcare navigation services to its members. The contractor will be responsible for providing clear and accessible guidance on healthcare benefits, supporting provider selection and appointment scheduling, assisting with claims and billing questions, offering cost transparency tools and clinical support, integrating with existing benefits and technology platforms, and reducing costs for employees and the state. The contractor must have experience providing healthcare navigation services to at least one public sector self-insured employer with at least 25,000 covered lives in the areas of medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy. • Key services include healthcare navigation, provider selection, claims and billing support, cost transparency, and clinical support • The contractor must integrate with existing benefits and technology platforms • The state is seeking to reduce costs for employees and the state through effective healthcare navigation services • The contractor must have experience providing healthcare navigation services to a public sector self-insured employer with at least 25,000 covered lives
