Description
The Department of Justice is seeking a contractor to purchase and deliver computers. The contractor shall deliver the computers directly to the ordering department during the term of the contract. Deliveries shall be made within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of an official Purchase Order. The contractor will assume all responsibilities for delivery, including picking up from docks and transporting to the Department.
• The contractor must label and/or stamp all merchandise to include the quality, quantity, and brand offered by the bidder.
• Items not properly identified shall not be accepted by the receiving department/agency.
• The Department issuing the Purchase Order shall inspect each delivery and will refuse to accept items if they are not in accordance with the specifications.
• Alternates or substitutes will not be accepted unless shown in the Purchase Order.
• The contractor must provide computers that meet the specifications contained in the contract.
