Description
The project involves a comprehensive renovation of the building at 2101 Blue Ridge Road for CALS administrative, lab, and lab support use. The renovation will include hazardous material abatement, HVAC repair/renovation, and programmatic changes to the building. The selected firm may be retained through full design construction at the University's option.
