Description
The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking Architectural/Engineering services on an "as needed" basis for various minor construction, renovation, and repair projects. The selected firm(s) will provide a range of services, including architectural and engineering investigation, design, concept visualization, renderings, and graphics, and construction phase services. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional two years. The University is looking for firms with experience in providing services on an "as needed" basis and a strong understanding of the University's requirements and needs.

• The University is looking for firms with experience in providing services on an "as needed" basis and a strong understanding of the University's requirements and needs.
• The contract will be for miscellaneous services on projects of limited scope.
• The University reserves the right to contract for like-type services when such contracting is in the best interest of the University.
