SCADA System Configuration and Updates

The City of Irving is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional services for the configuration, repair, update, and upgrade of its SCADA infrastructure, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), network switches, Multilin power monitoring and motor protection devices, and 900 MHz radio equipment. Work includes firmware/software updates on Schneider EcoStruxure PLCs, hardening of operator interface terminals (OIT) and UPS equipment per cybersecurity best practices, and potential radio network expansion. The contract will span three years, with three pressure‑point upgrades scheduled annually.
