Budget estimate

$30,000 – $80,000

The solicitation does not publish a maximum contract value; pricing is per‑test. Assuming an average of $100 per test, 7 tests per sample, 3 samples per month, the monthly bill would be roughly $2,100. Over a 24‑month base term this equals about $50,400, with additional water‑testing fees and potential cash‑discount adjustments. A reasonable estimate therefore ranges from $30,000 for a low‑volume, low‑rate bid to $80,000 for a higher‑rate, high‑volume scenario.
