Description
Westmoreland County is seeking bids for cleaning services for Magisterial District Justice (MDJ) offices. The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning services, including dusting, wiping, trash removal, and floor care, among other tasks. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year. The successful bidder will be required to provide evidence of employee bonding and the required insurance coverages.
• The contractor will be responsible for cleaning multiple MDJ office locations.
• The contractor will be required to coordinate site visits to survey the offices.
• The contractor will be required to provide a certified or bank treasurer's check or an approved surety company's bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid amount.
• The contractor will be required to comply with the terms of the attached Non-Discrimination Clause and Contractor Integrity Clause.
