RFP for Homeless Intensive Case Management Services (Personal Services)

The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive homelessness outreach services across all LAWA properties. The selected proposer will deploy a dedicated two-person outreach team to operate full-time during daytime hours and as needed, night hours. The team will be supported by a Program Manager or Supervisor who will offer administrative oversight and support to the dedicated outreach team. The provider will be responsible for submitting weekly written reports detailing key metrics, including terminal counts, the number of assessments and engagements, and successful transport and connection to shelter or housing options. Some key aspects of the job include: • Collaborating closely with LAWA security, Airport Police, the Crisis Intervention Team, and public safety personnel to identify, engage, assess, and connect individuals experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing and supportive services. • Submitting weekly written reports detailing key metrics. • Deploying a dedicated two-person outreach team to operate full-time during daytime hours and as needed, night hours. • Providing administrative oversight and support to the dedicated outreach team through a Program Manager or Supervisor.
