Description
The General Service Administration (GSA) is seeking a contractor to refurbish the secondary and headhouse canopy at the Sasabe LPOE. The project involves prep and paint components of the canopy, repairs of drainage structure, and removal and replacement of bird netting. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment required for the installation of all items contained in the drawings and scope of work. The project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and the NAICS code for this requirement is 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors.
• The project is located in Sasabe, Arizona
• The anticipated award date is July 1, 2026
• The project is to be completed within 120 days after receipt of award
• The contractor must be registered in www.sam.gov as a small business
• The contractor must comply with all requirements of OSHA and NFPA
• The contractor must provide a site-specific Safety and Health Plan
• The contractor must provide warranties on all labor and materials upon installation and carry through a period of one year
