The U.S. Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, deliver, install, and remove executive‑level office furniture for the CNREAC Regional Commander’s administrative offices at NSA Naples (Building 442B, Admin III). The scope includes detailed interior design, custom solid‑hardwood desks, chairs, credenzas, conference tables, refrigerators, storage units, monitors, whiteboard covers, and related accessories for multiple private offices, a double office, a bathroom, a common work area, and a conference room. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and project management, coordinate with government points of contact, adhere to strict security and base‑access requirements, and guarantee a minimum two‑year warranty. Delivery and installation must occur between 29 Sep 2026 and 27 Jan 2027, with a mandatory site visit on 08 Sep 2026.
• Design layout and CAD/3‑D documentation for all spaces.
• Supply solid‑hardwood executive furniture (desks, chairs, credenzas, tables, wardrobes, etc.).
• Provide and install monitors, mounts, whiteboard privacy covers, and lighting.
• Deliver, install, and remove existing furniture; clean and restore the site.
• Coordinate with government representatives; comply with base‑access escort rules.
• Provide a minimum two‑year warranty and remediate any defects within 30 business days.
