Description
The Missouri Army National Guard is seeking information from vendors who can provide venue space, lodging rooms, meals, and family team building activities for approximately 200 participants on 11-12 July 2025, preferably located within a 40-mile range of St. Louis, MO. The required services include meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, and meals, as well as family team building activities. The vendor should be able to provide a detailed, all-inclusive expense sheet and meet all the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing a venue with a meeting room that can accommodate 200+ people
• Offering sleeping rooms at the prevailing government rate
• Providing meals, including breakfast and lunch, at a cost not to exceed the per diem rate
• Offering family team building activities
• Having available indoor activities to work on building family cohesion and help eliminate stressors from deployment issues
• Providing parking costs for all attendees and Yellow Ribbon staff at no additional charge
• Requiring hotel personnel to undergo a 30-minute Security Brief before the event, if necessary.
