Description
The County of Etowah is seeking a single vendor to handle the complete print‑and‑mail cycle for a variety of statutory notices, tax notices, vehicle tag renewals, and related communications for FY 2025‑2026 (and optionally up to three additional years). The vendor must provide design, two‑color (or three‑color) printing, barcode insertion, address‑management (NCOA, CASS, DPV) with a minimum 75 % correction rate, presort/postage cost guarantees, and post‑mailing address‑correction reporting for three months after each mailing. All work must be performed by one company—no subcontracting of individual phases is permitted.
• Print and mail approximately 325 k pieces annually, including postcards, letters, and multi‑page packets across multiple categories (tax notices, vehicle tags, BPP notices, etc.).
• Provide barcode application, NCOA/CASS processing, and guarantee discounted postage (automation rate plus applicable presort discounts).
• Deliver proofs for each design, manage address‑correction reporting, and assume any postage shortfalls; contract may extend up to three years with annual renewal options.
