The Charlottesville‑Albemarle Airport Authority seeks a qualified firm to design, install, and commission a brand‑new Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) that utilizes barcode technology (or an equivalent solution) to reduce system failures and lower maintenance costs. The project includes a full replacement of the existing system and the addition of a new gated lane within the current parking lot. This effort will modernize the airport’s parking operations, improve revenue capture, and enhance the driver experience. • Replace the entire PARCS hardware and software infrastructure with a barcode‑based or comparable technology solution. • Install one additional gated lane to segregate a portion of the existing parking lot. • Provide full system integration, testing, training, and documentation to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy system. • Deliver ongoing support and maintenance recommendations to sustain reduced failure rates and operational costs.
