Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a commercial tracked over-snow transportation system capable of safely operating in Arctic winter conditions. The system should include a tracked over-snow utility vehicle, an enclosed passenger transport sled, trail grooming equipment, and a cross-country ski track setter. The system will be used to provide safe transportation of personnel and equipment, support ski hill and winter tour operations, and maintain recreational ski trails.
• The system must be new and commercially available.
• The system must meet the Government's minimum performance requirements.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the system.
