Description
The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified janitorial service company to provide janitorial services at various County-owned locations. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. The selected company will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, cleaning supplies, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the janitorial services. Key services include day porter, basic cleaning services, floor care maintenance, and bi-annual or annual specialized services.
• The contract will cover various locations, including Douglas County Parks & Recreation, Douglas County Fire & EMS, Douglas County Administrative Buildings, and Douglas County Courthouse.
• The selected company must have verifiable experience in providing janitorial services.
• The company must provide a comprehensive quality control plan to ensure that the County is maintained at a high level of cleanliness.
• The company must provide references and demonstrate an understanding of the scope and technical approach.
• The company must provide a cost proposal for the services.
