Description
Catalina Foothills Unified School District is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide full‑service pupil‑transportation for its 5,200‑student district for the 2026‑27 school year, with options to extend up to four additional years. The contractor must operate the district‑owned fleet of 36 buses, supply drivers and supervisory staff, manage daily routes, special‑education trips, field trips, and after‑school services, and deliver required software, radio, and camera systems while meeting stringent safety, insurance, and reporting requirements.
• Operate 36 district‑owned buses (84‑, 77‑, and 21‑seat) on ~25 routes serving ~2,150 students daily.
• Provide drivers with Arizona School Bus Driver’s Certificates, CDL, CPR/first‑aid, background checks, drug testing, and ongoing training.
• Supply and maintain a SIF‑compliant routing software system, radios, base‑station airtime, and SEON REI bus‑camera monitoring; submit daily/quarterly performance reports.
• Carry required insurance (≥ $5 M CGL, $25 M auto liability) and adhere to liquidated‑damage provisions for service lapses.
• Submit a sealed proposal by 19 Feb 2026, including cost sheets, references, certifications, and required forms.
