Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a vendor to provide kosher food products for FCI McDowell. The solicitation includes a list of food items and their corresponding quantities. The contractor will be evaluated based on past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, and delivery schedule. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
• The contractor must provide all items listed in the solicitation.
• The contractor must deliver the items to FCI McDowell.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide certification regarding knowledge of child labor for listed end products.
• The contractor must provide certification regarding restricted business operations in Sudan.
• The contractor must provide certification regarding prohibition on contracting with inverted domestic corporations.
• The contractor must provide certification regarding prohibition on contracting with entities engaging in certain activities or transactions relating to Iran.
