USHR - Technology Alliance Program - H-TAP

The U.S. House of Representatives, CAO Office of Acquisitions Management, is seeking qualified contractor support to provide Technical Support Operations. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 end-user technology support services to House Members, Committees, Leadership Offices, CAO Business Units, and staff. The contractor's team should be able to effectively support users of current technology products and services within the House environment. • The contractor will provide technical support operations in alignment with the functional and technical requirements described in the solicitation. • The contract transition plan is specified in L.2.1.2 of the solicitation. • The contractor should be able to support a comprehensive range of technology products and services. • The contractor's team should have the ability to effectively support users of current technology products and services within the House environment.
