Description
The U.S. Embassy Bridgetown, Barbados has a requirement for the sanitizing of concrete water storage tanks and protective coating installation of the interior of their concrete water storage tanks. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the cleaning and interior protective coating service. The contractor will also provide a site assessment, material procurement, and warranty for the work performed. The period of performance is 30 days. Key requirements include establishing a designated storage area, storing materials in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, and ensuring hazardous materials are properly labeled and stored. The contractor will also be responsible for site cleanup and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• The contractor will perform a thorough site assessment prior to the start of work activities.
• The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the tasks described.
• The contractor will ensure all workmanship and materials meet or exceed the minimum requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor will provide a minimum one-year warranty period for all work performed.
• The contractor will be responsible for verifying all dimensions, conditions, and requirements onsite and notifying the Government of any discrepancies.
