Janitorial Services for Harry S Truman State Office Building

The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Harry S Truman State Office Building. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 641,841 square feet. The vendor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the building's floors, surfaces, and restrooms. The vendor must also provide a floor care schedule and ensure that all personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform the required tasks.
