Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Preventative Maintenance Services For a Government-Owned MR Solutions MicroPET/CT Imaging Scanner - NIH

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a sole source contract to MR Solutions Americas, LLC for preventative maintenance services and support for a government-owned MR Solutions microPET/CT imaging scanner system. The required maintenance services must be performed by authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technicians, and MR Solutions is the sole provider of these services. The contract will be for the Molecular Imaging Branch (MIB) at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR). • The contract is for preventative maintenance services for a government-owned MR Solutions microPET/CT imaging scanner system. • The services must be performed by authorized OEM technicians. • MR Solutions is the sole provider of preventative maintenance services, emergency services, OEM replacement parts, and OEM-trained technicians. • The contract is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis.
