The Lamar CISD is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager @ Risk for the New Terry High School, New George Junior High School, New Navarro Middle School, and Site Infrastructure Project. The project involves the construction of new schools and site infrastructure. The estimated project budget is $30,000,000.00 for Proposed GMP #1, $200,000,000.00 for Proposed GMP #2, $100,000,000.00 for Proposed GMP #3, and $50,000,000.00 for Proposed GMP #4.
