Description
The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking bids for the printing of Knox County School Coupon Books. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to print and deliver 150,000 coupon books, with the option to purchase additional books in sets of 1,000. The bidder must also provide a price for 50,000 student campaign brochures. The evaluation criteria will be based on cost (60 points) and delivery time (40 points).
• The bidder must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial printing.
• The bidder must provide three references of similar work completed in the last three years.
• The bidder must provide available resources and equipment capabilities to produce the coupon books.
• The bidder must be able to deliver the books to various Knox County School locations.
