Description
The VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and linen services for the Montrose Fisher Houses, a 11,000 square foot facility with 12 private suites, kitchen, dining room, family room, and other areas. The contractor will be required to provide two full-time employees per day, 6 days a week, to perform janitorial cleaning services. The contractor will also be required to submit a proposed detailed schedule and contingency plan for maintaining adequate coverage.
Some key points to consider include:
• The facility has approximately 11,000 square feet of cleanable space
• The contractor will be required to provide continuous coverage during normal business hours, 7:00AM to 5:00PM, 6 days a week
• The contractor will be required to coordinate working hours with the Fisher House Manager/COR
• The contractor will be required to submit a proposed detailed schedule and contingency plan for maintaining adequate coverage
• The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supervision, and office/business materials to provide janitorial services
