Some key requirements and responsibilities of the contract include: • Providing and maintaining "new" or "near-new" trash and recycling containers • Adhering to all City of St Clair Shores Noise Ordinances • Supplying adequate workforce and materials • Maintaining trash and recycling containers for the duration of the term • Replacing damaged, unusable, or unsafe containers immediately • Providing pricing for 36 months, with prices remaining firm for the length of the contract
