Jumper Training Services Support (JTSS)

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) is requesting quotes for a non-personal service contract to provide Jumper Training Service Support. The contractor shall provide a Vertical Wind Tunnel (VWT) for a minimum of 4 personnel at a time, aircraft support for up to 15 personnel at a time conducting Military Free Fall (MFF) operations, individual lift tickets, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) instructor personnel that can certify all United States Parachute Association (USPA) licensing requirements upon request. The contract has a one-year base and 4 one-year options. • The contractor must provide proof of USPA certification for each instructor. • The contractor must provide proof of 2 USPA certified instructors. • The contractor must possess a VWT and provide evidence that the VWT can occupy a minimum of 4 personnel at a time. • The contractor must provide technical literature that meets the requirements for Aircraft Support identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must provide proof that they have Aviator Breathing Oxygen that meets Milspec MIL-PRF-27210 and a booster pump with the capability to fill at least two individual bailout bottles at once to at least 2,000 Pounds Per Square Inch.
