The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Anniston facility (approximately 26,000 sq ft). The work includes nightly cleaning, twice‑weekly deep cleaning, weekly blind dusting, semi‑annual floor stripping/waxing, carpet steam cleaning, and specialized polishing of concrete flooring, all performed by in‑house staff (no subcontracting).
