Description
The US Navy is seeking information from companies that can provide maintenance services for Government Owned Vehicles (GOV), Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV), and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The services include performance of annual maintenance, preventative maintenance checks, and repair of electrical, braking, and structural elements. The contractor should have experience with Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) military vehicles and be familiar with Automotive Service Excellence certification standards.
• The contractor will be required to provide maintenance services for a variety of vehicles, including MRAPs, all-terrain vehicles, and trailers.
• The contractor will need to have experience with tire and wheel service, repair, and replacement.
• The contractor will be required to provide GFE support for installed/mounted equipment, including small engine support for generators and antenna mounts.
• The contractor will need to be registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM).
• The contractor will need to provide a white paper and market research questionnaire as part of their response.
