Various Large Format Media for Print Shop (Open-End)

The West Virginia Department of Education is soliciting bids for an open-end contract for the purchase of various large format printing media. The contract will be for a duration of six months with the option to renew every six months if the pricing remains the same. Items listed on this contract will be purchased on an "as-needed" basis, and order quantities are not guaranteed and may be more or less than the stated estimated quantities. Some of the items to be purchased include: • White Plastic Corrugated Board • Metal H stakes • Grommet holes for banners • Endura Dry Erase Vinyl • HP Removable Adhesive Fabric • HP Super Heavyweight Plus Matte Paper • HP Everyday Satin Canvas • Scrim Banners • Nekoosa Sign-Ad • DigiMag Vinyl roll media • DigiMag Paper roll media • Foam Board The successful bidder must provide the required items at the lowest overall total cost, and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest total bid amount.
