Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a contractor to provide a landfill disposal site for non-compacted refuse, green waste, and construction waste generated from various projects and programs along the State Highways and Right-of-Ways in the District 11 Santee Maintenance area in San Diego County. The contractor must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Caltrans Santee Maintenance Station and possess the necessary permits and licenses, including a Solid Waste Facilities Permit and a Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) permit. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all the specifications and requirements outlined in the IFB. Some key requirements include:
* Providing a landfill disposal site for non-compacted refuse, green waste, and construction waste
* Possessing the necessary permits and licenses, including a Solid Waste Facilities Permit and a Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) permit
