Request for Qualifications: Engineering Services

The City of Williamsport is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering and design services for the FEMA-funded LPDM 2023 Levee Rehabilitation Project. The project includes multiple flood mitigation components, such as relief wells, floodwalls, and electrical upgrades. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering services, including design, permitting, and construction phase support. The project is expected to last 12-18 months, with the possibility of multiple phases and project components. The City reserves the right to award contracts for all components to a single firm or to multiple firms based on qualifications, capacity, and project needs.
