The VA San Francisco Health Care System is seeking contractors to provide HemoSonics Quantra Analyzer supplies and service. The contract will include a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide a full-service agreement, including preventative maintenance, labor, travel expenses, and parts. The contractor will also be required to provide supply items, including QPlus Cartridges, QPlus Quality Control Levels, and QStat Cartridges. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a base year and four option years. • The contractor will be required to provide a full-service agreement, including preventative maintenance, labor, travel expenses, and parts. • The contractor will be required to provide supply items, including QPlus Cartridges, QPlus Quality Control Levels, and QStat Cartridges. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to take VHA-provided records management training.
