Description
The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at its Forecast Office (WFO) in Jackson, Mississippi. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must provide a detailed operational plan, including a staffing plan, task scheduling, and execution approach. The government will evaluate quotes based on technical capability and price, with award being made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
