CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ RISK PROPOSAL - PRE - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION - New Terry High School, New George Junior High School, New Navarro Middle School and Site Infrastructure Project

The Lamar CISD is soliciting proposals to establish a contract for the construction of New Terry High School, New George Junior High School, New Navarro Middle School, and site infrastructure. The project will be divided into four proposed GMPs (Guaranteed Maximum Prices) with estimated budgets of $30,000,000, $200,000,000, $100,000,000, and $50,000,000. The project duration is expected to be around 2-3 years, with substantial completion dates ranging from January 2028 to May 2029. The proposal process will consist of three parts: pre-proposal submission, financial submission, and proposal submission.
