Photocopier & Print Management Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a firm to provide a comprehensive enterprise solution for print and copier management through an operating lease agreement across WSSC's multiple locations in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The selected firm will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, and installing copiers, as well as providing maintenance and support services. The contract will have an initial term with possible renewals. The WSSC is looking for a firm with experience in providing multi-function copier leasing and print management services, and a minimum of three years of experience in this field. The firm must also have a contract manager with at least five years of experience similar in scope, and a minimum of three technicians who are certified to repair the proposed equipment. • The firm must be an authorized dealer and/or service provider for the equipment brands proposed • The firm must have a minimum of three years of experience providing multi-function copier leasing and print management services • The firm must have completed at least one deployment with a minimum of 50 multi-function copiers for a single client • The firm must have completed at least one deployment with a minimum of 10 sites • The firm's contract manager must have a minimum of five years of experience similar in scope • The firm must have a minimum of three technicians who are certified to repair the proposed equipment
