W.O. 26-04: 3rd Ave. N. ADA and Storm Rehab

The City of Billings is seeking bids for the construction of W.O. 26-04: 3rd Ave. N. ADA and Storm Rehab. The project involves removing and replacing non-compliant ADA ramps with ADA-compliant ramps, removing existing storm drain piping, and installing new storm drain piping and Type II inlets. The work also includes the installation of sidewalk on the north part of the street on 3rd Ave. N. between N. 14th St. and N. 13th St. • The bid opening will be held on June 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • Bidders must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
