Description
The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for commuter services in Districts 4 and 6. The contract is expected to begin in May 2026 and last for 5 years. The scope of work includes providing commuter services in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The proposal should include a technical plan, management plan, and price proposal. The Department will evaluate proposals based on technical merit, price, and other factors.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer with the highest cumulative total points for the evaluation criteria.
• The proposer must demonstrate experience and capability in providing commuter services.
• The proposer must provide a management plan, technical plan, and price proposal.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
