Description
Texas Southern University is seeking a contractor to provide an Organizational Performance Transformation and Continuous Performance Management Platform. The contractor will be responsible for conducting an organizational assessment, facilitating leadership alignment sessions, cascading organizational goals to departments and individual employees, and providing ongoing coaching and support. The contractor will also be responsible for implementing a continuous performance management software platform. The contract term will be 12 months, with an option for the University to extend or reduce the scope of work. The University is looking for a contractor with experience in delivering continuous, metric-based organizational performance methodologies in complex institutional environments.
Some key points to consider:
* The contractor will be required to provide a baseline organizational health assessment and a leadership scorecard and accountability structure.
* The contractor will be required to provide monthly progress reports and quarterly planning session summaries.
* The contractor will be required to provide a final engagement report and sustainability recommendation at the end of the contract term.
* The University is looking for a contractor with experience in implementing enterprise-wide organizational performance improvement initiatives and providing embedded consulting services within higher education, public sector, healthcare, or similarly complex organizations.
