Landscape Maintenance Services for Bridges, Overpasses, Underpasses and Facilities

The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for landscaping maintenance of bridges, overpasses, underpasses, and facility services on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide grass, weed, and small tree cutting, litter collection and removal, and removal of branches. The contractor must also provide traffic control, safety equipment, and permits. The contract term is for five years, and the pricing will remain firm throughout the agreement term unless a price adjustment is requested. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities.
